About me:
I always had the passion of looking after babies and small children as I can remember myself being the oldest of my siblings and my cousins and I was always there to “look after” them being the oldest. My first career role was volunteering in an orphanage in Greece as part of my studies helping the nursery practitioners with babies’ daily routines.
As I hold a Preschool Education Diploma I can transfer all my knowledge from the college to the family’s household and incorporate it in children’s life and play, e.g. puppet show, music and movement, arts and crafts, storytelling, healthy eating, children’s psychology to name a few.
I teach children Greek through play and everyday life conversations. I am excellent at building strong sibling relationships as I am the oldest of 3. I am experienced in sleep training babies, potty training toddlers and also in baby led pottying and baby led weaning. I love taking care of babies and children and I am very proud of the way I teach them good manners, social skills and how to be independent from a very young age.
I love reading, music and travelling. I love exploring new places in London and I like yoga, Pilates and swimming. I like reading about history and I love going to museums. I incorporate everything I like in my daily life with children: taking them to different museums to learn about history, exploring the outdoors, taking them to swimming lessons, doing yoga/Pilates at home or taking them to yoga/Pilates classes, reading lots of stories and listening to different types of music appropriate for children.
