Paris offers a lot to see: its small streets, monuments, museums and restaurants. Yet there is one thing that visitors tend to forget: the importance of water for Paris.
Crossed by the Seine, the city offers activities to do with the water. This is what we will do with our little explorers of the day.
Visit of the Aquarium of Paris
We will start our trip by visiting the Aquarium of Paris. With 3500m2 of surface, 43 basins and more than 10000 specimens, it is the most spectacular aquarium of the capital. We will discover the species present on all the French coasts of Metropolitan and Overseas by traveling through the different 4 sectors proposed by the course of visit.
After discovering aquatic life, our little divers will have the right to recover their strength. We can stop for example at Carette, tea room where we find salty and sweet treats in an old-fashioned decor.
Walk on the Seine
As the Aquarium of Paris was ideally located between the Trocadero and the Seine, we will continue our aquatic afternoon with a walk on the Seine by boarding a riverboat. We will admire the most beautiful Parisian monuments (the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Musée d’Orsay and many other things) from another angle.
